Refund policy

Returns -

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item.

All products must be returned in original condition, products must be unwashed and unworn.  You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase sent to your email.

 How to Request a Return

  1. Email webenquiries@mitchellscapco.com.au with "RETURN" in the subject line.
  2. Provide your name, order number, item(s) for return, and reason for returning.
  3. For faulty items, attach clear images of the damage.
  4. If your return is accepted, we will provide further instructions. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

You are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us. With the exception of faulty goods where we will cover the return shipping cost.

 Exchanges

If you choose to exchange your item, we’ll issue you with a refund once your return is received and approved. You can then purchase your preferred colour, or style directly through our website.

 Refunds

Returns/refunds are typically processed within 1 week of receiving your parcel and the team will email you once your return has been completed.
